Our cane comes 24" wide and is sold by the foot. Spline No. 8 5.75mm x 4.10mm.
In the tool section we offer a canning chisel part no. 598. When replacing cane on antique chairs it is a good idea to clean out the groove as best as possible. Cane should be soaked in water overnight to help make installation easier. Cane can be stained but what happens a lot of times is it does not breath and becomes brittle. Keep this in mind before you apply stain.
