Custom Cut Foam

Our custom cut foam is sold by the board feet.  We show the board feet cost for each type of foam available for custom cutting.

To determine the exact cost of the piece of foam to be cut we need to measure the height, length, width.   For example: You want 3 cushions cut 26" deep, 24" wide, and 4.5" high.  You are looking for something that will last and is fairly firm so you do not sink into the furniture to much.  You would choose our GF foam and calculate 3x26x24x4.5/144=total board feet x board feet cost to get your final price.  58.5 total board feet.  We round up pricing to so 59 board feet x $2 a b/f gives you a price of $118 for your 3 brand new foam cushions.
